Payment & Service Terms – E Tech Engineering

  1. Payment Terms:
    All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Orders are only processed after successful payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery Timeline:
    Delivery of services/products will be initiated within 0–7 working days, depending on service availability and client coordination. In case of technical services (like RO installations), scheduling will be discussed over WhatsApp/Call post-payment.
  3. No Refund Policy:
    Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. Please ensure all service details are confirmed before placing your order. In case of disputes, we offer support and adjustments, but not monetary refunds.
  4. Service Confirmation:
    Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Our team will contact you for further coordination if required.
